From the Management of “AVVI” Ltd.

Policy in Quality Management, Security and Privacy of Information

With this Declaration, the Management of “AVVI” Ltd. expresses its will to implement, maintain and continuously improve its Integrated Quality, Security and Information Privacy Management System, which complies with the requirements of the international standards ISO 9001:2015, 27001:2022 and 27701:2019, when carrying out the activities within the scope of the Integrated Management System (ISM).

The set goals for quality, security and privacy of information are compatible with the strategic goals of "AVVI" Ltd. and are aimed at achieving customer satisfaction with the insurance products and services provided, while ensuring efficient management of the processes of:

  • Domestic and foreign trade activities with goods and services, advertising and printing activities, representation, mediation, commission and agency of local and foreign persons, activity as an insurance broker - carrying out mediation for the conclusion and execution of insurance contracts upon assignment by the insured, and for reinsurance contracts - by the insurer;
  • Management of insurance brokerage contracts and insurance policies;
  • Management of insurance events and damages, complaints and signals from customers.

The Management, represented by the Manager of "AVVI" Ltd., officially declares its Policy on Quality, Security and Privacy of Information, because it is convinced that the prosperity and future of the company depend on the trust of all stakeholders.

The policy on quality, security and privacy of information of the company "AVVI" Ltd. is aimed at:

  • development of intensive innovation activities to improve the quality, speed, coverage and reliability of the services provided;
  • effective management of processes affecting information security and personal data protection, through constant improvement of the competence and qualification of employees to comply with mandatory requirements for information security and privacy, which are prerequisites for achieving significant success in achieving the set business goals.

For the effective implementation of the policy on quality, security and privacy of information, the Management defines the following main goals on quality, security and privacy of information:

  • ensuring and maintaining consistently high quality of the insurance products and services provided while increasing the satisfaction of customers and other stakeholders;
  • widespread implementation of information security and privacy policies, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 27001:2022 and 27701:2019 standards and regulatory requirements, awareness by employees of the need to comply with information security requirements and personal data protection at all levels;
  • continuous improvement of the knowledge, qualifications and skills of the company's personnel and improvement of the final results of their work;
  • ensuring and maintaining high competitiveness of the company "AVVI" Ltd. and transforming it into a reliable business partner, including by maintaining and guaranteeing a high level of information security and personal data protection.

A guarantee for the implementation of these goals is the maintenance and development of a continuously improving Integrated Management System (ISM), compliant with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015, 27001:2022 and 27701:2019 standards, taking into account the regulatory and other requirements for the management of quality, security and privacy of information in the organization.

By introducing modern management approaches, the Management undertakes the commitment to provide adequate resources necessary to achieve the set goals and guarantees the necessary conditions for strict compliance with the requirements of the Integrated Quality, Security and Privacy Management System in “AVVI” Ltd.

To implement this Policy on Quality Management, Security and Privacy of Information and to ensure the functioning of the Integrated Management System in the company "AVVI" Ltd., a Responsible Person for the Integrated Management System (IMS Manager) has been appointed.

The employees of "AVVI" Ltd. are obliged to comply with all rules related to quality management, security and information privacy, described in procedures, policies, instructions and other documents of the Integrated Management System.

This Policy for the Management of Quality, Security and Privacy of Information will be reviewed regularly, in order to ensure its relevance, adequacy and effectiveness, no less than once a year, as well as in the event of significant changes in the organizational and technical environment, business circumstances and applicable legislation.

The Policy for managing quality, security and privacy of information is disclosed to the employees of AVVI Ltd., as well as to all interested external parties.

As the Manager of "AVVI" Ltd., I declare my personal participation and personal responsibility for the implementation of the announced Policy on Quality, Security and Privacy of Information, ensuring the development and prosperity of the company!
