Goods-in-Transit Insurance
Goods-in-Transit insurance, also known as CARGO insurance, provides protection for cargos against loss or damage while being moved or stored in accordance with the risks covered and the clauses specified in the insurance contract. Insurance companies usually offer several basic clauses but additional coverage can be negotiated and included depending on the insured property.
Carrier’s Liability Insurance
Carrier’s Liability Insurance covers risks to the insured transporter, which may cause total or partial damage or loss of the goods that are transported by car, trailer or container owned by the insured, in accordance with the general terms and conditions, and the International 1956 CMR Convention.
